Required Skills:
- Current and valid medical license in good standing
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
- Proven experience in urgent care or emergency medicine settings
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and manage a variety of medical conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask in a busy environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
- Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS
- Knowledge of sports medicine or minor procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in urgent care or primary care settings
- Prior experience working in outpatient clinic environments
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care
