This role offers the best of both worlds:hands-on patient care and clinical leadership.As Medical Director, youll spend most of your time treating patients while also mentoring clinicians, driving quality initiatives, and collaborating with the leadership team to improve care delivery and clinic performance.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range:$242,000"$301,000 (depending on experience/location)

  • Sign-on bonus up to $30,000

  • Monthly stipend + productivity and quarterly quality incentives

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent patient care and model evidence-based clinical standards

  • Mentor and supervise clinicians and APCs

  • Collaborate across specialties to optimize outcomes and streamline case closure

  • Partner with clinic leadership to ensure staffing, budgeting, and operational goals are met

  • Cultivate a professional, collaborative, and safe clinical environment

  • Build and maintain strong client and payer relationships

  • Foster continuous improvement and staff recognition to achieve high patient satisfaction

Qualifications

  • MD or DO with active, unrestricted medical license

  • DEA and dispensing license (or eligibility prior to start)

  • Board certified or board eligible in an ABMS or AOA specialty (preferred)

  • Eligible for Medicare participation

  • FMCSA certification preferred (training provided if not yet obtained)
