Schedule:Flexible"4 or 5 day work week (No nights, weekends, or call)
Compensation:$261,000 " $325,000 base salary + $100,000 hiring bonus + monthly & quarterly incentives + director stipend

Compensation & Benefits

  • $100,000 hiring bonus(paid over 2 years)

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care while serving as physician leader

  • Mentor and supervise clinicians and staff

  • Ensure smooth clinic operations and high-quality patient outcomes

  • Collaborate with specialists and therapy teams

  • Promote a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted CA medical license

  • DEA license (required prior to start)

  • Board Certification or Eligibility in an ABMS/AOA specialty preferred

  • Medicare eligible

  • FMCSA NRCME certification (or willingness to obtain)
