Compensation:$225,000"$280,000 (4 days) or $250,000"$320,000 (5 days) + $100,000 hiring bonus + $14,000 annual director stipend + incentives

Responsibilities
-
Deliver direct patient care while serving as physician leader for two sites

Supervise and mentor clinicians & staff, ensuring quality and efficiency

Collaborate with therapy and specialty teams for comprehensive outcomes

Drive continuous improvement in clinic performance and patient experience

Develop and maintain strong ties with patients, community partners, and clients
Qualifications

Active and unrestricted CA medical license

DEA license (required prior to start)

Board Certification or Eligibility (ABMS/AOA-recognized specialty) preferred

Medicare eligible

FMCSA NRCME certification (or willingness to obtain)
