Schedule:Monday"Friday, 8am"5pm (option for 4-day week once established; no nights, weekends, or call)
Compensation:$225,000"$280,000 (4 days) or $250,000"$320,000 (5 days) + $100,000 hiring bonus + $14,000 annual director stipend + incentives

We are seeking aClinic Medical Directorto oversee two established outpatient centers in Modesto. Compensation & Benefits

  • $100,000 hiring bonus(paid over 2 years)

  • Base salary:$225K"$280K (4 days) or $250K"$320K (5 days) + $14K director stipend

  • Incentives:Monthly RVU, quarterly quality bonuses, and annual merit increase opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct patient care while serving as physician leader for two sites

  • Supervise and mentor clinicians & staff, ensuring quality and efficiency

  • Collaborate with therapy and specialty teams for comprehensive outcomes

  • Drive continuous improvement in clinic performance and patient experience

  • Develop and maintain strong ties with patients, community partners, and clients

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted CA medical license

  • DEA license (required prior to start)

  • Board Certification or Eligibility (ABMS/AOA-recognized specialty) preferred

  • Medicare eligible

  • FMCSA NRCME certification (or willingness to obtain)
