Schedule:Monday"Friday, 8am"5pm (no nights, weekends, or call)
Compensation:$265,000"$305,000 base salary + up to $75,000 sign-on/bonus potential + monthly incentives + director stipend

The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated physician leader to serve asClinic Medical Directorat an established outpatient/urgent care center in Los Angeles. This role offers the ideal mix ofdirect patient careandclinical leadership,allowing you to guide a multidisciplinary team while maintaining strong hands-on practice.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary:$265K"$305K (plus monthly incentives & center stipend)

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care while leading by example

  • Mentor and supervise clinicians and staff to ensure high performance

  • Oversee operational quality, compliance, and patient safety

  • Monitor clinic performance metrics and drive process improvements

  • Collaborate with specialists, therapists, and leadership teams for optimal outcomes

  • Build strong relationships with patients, staff, and community partners


Qualifications

  • MD or DO, graduate of an accredited medical program

  • Active and unrestricted CA medical license

  • DEA license required prior to start

  • Board Certification (Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine, or Urgent Care-related specialty) preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in urgent care, occupational medicine, or emergency medicine

  • Leadership and supervisory experience strongly preferred
