- Work Dates Needed: 10/31/2025
- Preferred Schedule: 8-5 or could be 9-6 M-F (if floating in fox valley area)
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
- Scope of Work: As a locum Physician, you will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted WI license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert required prior to start. must be able to Suture
