JOB OVERVIEW
• Job Title: Physician – Urgent Care
• Job Type: Locum Tenens
• Location: Carrollton or Bremen, GA
• Service Setting: Urgent Care
• Coverage Type: Clinical Only
• Coverage Period: ASAP – Ongoing
• Clinical Shift Schedule: 3 weekdays one week / 2 weekdays + 2 weekend days the following week; average ~40 hrs/week
- Monday – Friday, 8a – 8p (or until last patient seen)
- Saturday/Sunday, 8a – 5p (or until last patient seen)

• TBD based on candidate availability
PATIENT INFORMATION
• Patient Demographics: All ages
• Patient Volume/Census: Varies by shift
• Rounding: Not Included
• Case Mix: General Urgent Care presentations
FACILITY INFORMATION
• Office Equipment Available: Standard urgent care equipment
• Support Staff Available: Clinic support staff (not detailed)
• Reason for Coverage: Ongoing full-time staffing need
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: No
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Rate: Competitive hourly rate + productivity incentives
• Additional Benefits:
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
- $50,000 starting incentive
- $14,000 moving allowance
- Full benefits package including malpractice insurance
REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• General urgent care procedures (e.g., suturing, splinting)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Georgia medical license or eligibility
• Board: BC/BE in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
• DEA: Active DEA Certification
• Certifications: DOT certification preferred
• Experience: Urgent care or emergency medicine experience preferred
• Other Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide direct urgent care services to walk-in patients
• Perform minor procedures and diagnostics
• Manage episodic illnesses and injuries
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with clinic team to ensure quality care
