Specialty: Occupational Med/Urgent Care Physician
Start Date: 5/19/25
Contract Length: 3 months
Shift Details: 8-5 or could be 9-6 M-F
Schedule: 8-5 or could be 9-6 M-F
Work Details:
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 5 days/week.
· EMR: All scripts
· Patient Population/Age: All ages
· Skills Required: DOT Required upon submittal . Must be comfortable to work autonomously. Must be comfortable with suturing
Practice Setting:
• Clinic/Private Practice
Requirements:
· Board Certification: BC/BE in primary care or related field
· License Required: Active WI license
