Medical Center needs an MD or APP for their Primary Care Practice in Malone, NY.
Description of Work Assignment : Follow ups, pre-op, transition of care , ER /Hospital Follow-ups
Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days: 32 clinical hours /8 non-patient facing hours
Schedule of Days/Times Needed To Work/ Shift Hours: 8-12 and 1-5 sessions
On call? If so, what are the call hours? No
Procedures Provider Will Be REQUIRED To Perform: Some small office procedures
Patient Load: 16-18 patients
Does the Provider Have Particular Fellowship? N/A
Certifications Required? BLS, ACLS, PALS?? BLS
Is There Additional Surgical Staff? N/A
Is there additional support staff? LPN’s and Medical Assistants
Is the provider working solo or with other providers? If so, whom? Other APP’s and MD’s
Are there mid levels? If yes, is the locums provider responsible for mid levels? No
