Facility is seeking a Physician to join welcoming and diverse community of providers in four centers in MO.

Schedule :

• * Up to 14 shifts per month. Preference to locums able to cover a significant number of shift.
• ** Available to work in either of MO location (proximity 1 hour)
• ***Can schedule 4 shifts in a row
• Centers are open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday (12 Hour shifts) and 9am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday (8 hour shifts).

Job Description :

• Preference also to local physicians, since this is an ongoing assignment
• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• ***Physicians: Residency training and board certified/eligible in Family Medicine (FM), Emergency Medicine (EM) or Med/Peds (this is required).
• ****must be residency trained and BC (BE if within 5 years of residency) in FP, IM/Peds or ED*****
• ***MUST be trained to see both adults and pediatrics.
• ***Physicians who are board eligible must have completed board certification within 5 years of residency completion. ***
• ***Board certification must be obtained during appropriate eligibility time frame.***
• * Must treat both pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages but generally 6 months and up)
• *Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays. We have onsite X-ray and EKG.
• *Must be comfortable with EMR. Epic training will be provided but cannot be provided prior to clearing credentialing and onboarding.
• Must be willing to work with medical assistants, scribes, rad techs as support staff (no RN/LPN support staff)

• Description / Other Details:
• Urgent Care clinic; Provider must see patients 6 months and up for urgent care needs. Procedures including suturing, wound care, I & Ds, splinting, X-Ray and ECG over read, place IVs.
• Beautiful state of the art centers that include lab and mobile x-ray with access to additional Hospital resources.
• ****A completed Covid vaccination card is required***
• ****must be residency trained and BC (BE if within 5 years of residency) in FP, IM/Peds or ED*****
