- Board Certified / Board Eligible Family or Emergency Medicine
- Hours are 8am - 8pm weekdays; 9am - 5pm weekends and holidays
-2 week rotation consisting of (3) 12 hours shifts one week and then the second week would work (2) 12 Hour shifts plus the weekend (2 shifts on Sat/Sun)
- 2 providers on per shift
- MA / X-ray tech
- eClinical Works EMR
- Looking for an experienced provider he can start this year
-Salary based on experience
- W2 employed position with full benefits
- Opportunity available for Medical Directorship
