Locums – Springfield, Missouri, Urgent Care Opening

  • ASAP - Ongoing Need
  • Will be available to work at either of 2 facilities (proximity 1 hour)
  • Can Schedule 4 Shifts in a Row
  • Centers are open 8am-8pm Monday to Friday (12/hr. shifts) and 9am-5pm on Saturday and Sunday (8 hr. shifts)
  • Providers will not be granted overtime
  • Must treat both pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages but generally 6 months and up)
  • Procedures including suturing, wound care, I & Ds, splinting, X-Ray, and ECG over read, place IVs
  • On-site X-ray and EKG
  • Must be willing to work with medical assistants, scribes, rad techs as support staff (no RN/LPN support staff)
  • Patients Per Shift: 30-50
  • Must be residency trained in FP, IM/Peds or EDMed/Peds (this is required MUST be trained to see both adults and pediatrics. We cannot accept IM residency training or others even if they've been seeing pediatrics
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible
  • BLS required
  • Active MO License
  • EMR: Epic
