Key Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Care:

   • Provide exceptional urgent care services to a diverse patient population, addressing acute medical needs efficiently and effectively.

2. Diagnostic Evaluation:

   • Conduct thorough and accurate medical assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

3. Patient Interaction:

   • Establish rapport with patients, ensuring a positive and compassionate healthcare experience.
   • Communicate clearly with patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care.

4. Collaboration:

   • Collaborate with nursing staff, allied health professionals, and support staff to deliver coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

5. Documentation:

   • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements.

6. Professional Development:

   • Stay abreast of current medical practices, guidelines, and advancements in urgent care medicine.
   • Participate in continuing medical education (CME) activities to enhance professional knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

1. Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a related specialty.
2. Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in urgent care or a similar clinical setting.
4. Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient-centered care.
