Our team
Enjoy lake living at its best with a flexible 13 shift per month schedule in this 0.9 FTE position. Our Walk-In Clinic practice consists of three physicians and two advanced practice providers when fully staffed.Position Overview
- Work a flexible 13 shifts per month in year one, 12 shifts per month year two and beyond (0.9 FTE)
- Fast-paced Walk-In Clinic with higher acuity patients
- Outpatient only with no call
- Lab, X-ray, CT scan and MRI onsite
- Multi-specialty clinic with supportive team and specialists readily available for support
- Two providers, two clinical nurses and one MA per shift
- 70-80 patients per shift wintertime / ~60 patients per shift summertime with two providers
- EPIC Electronic Medical Record
- Clinic hours: 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Weekdays, 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Weekends

First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, and compensation moves to RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications.

- Board certified or board eligible physician
- Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
- Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
- Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
