My name is Mark Conley and I am reaching out to you about an urgent care position in South Chicago suburbs in NW Indiana that offers practice flexibility while living in the Chicago metro area.

- Physicians live in the south loop of Chicago or many excellent suburban settings
- Excellent lifestyle with 14-16 shifts per month.
- 12 hour shifts during the week and 10 hour shifts on the weekend.
- Year one income of $300k to $350k with an excellent benefit package + 6% retirement contribution (approximately an additional $15k to your retirement account)
- Commencement and retention bonus in year one of $25k
