JOB DESCRIPTION:
Health Network in Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking an Urgent Care Medical Director with a background in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine. We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills who may have had prior director experience or a practicing provider looking to move into a leadership role.
The affiliated practices provide general urgent care services to our community, but also contract with many local companies for their business health and occupational health needs.
DOT certification and MRO certification are strongly preferred but will help obtain
Occupational medicine experience preferred but not required
Opportunity to use both clinical skills and business expertise in this role
Ideally will provide a 30% administrative and 70% clinical/oversight mix
