Full-time; permanent
Seeking a Board Eligible/Certified Urgent Care Physician
Base: $250,000
RVU: $9,500
RVU Incentive: $10,000 guarantee Year 1; based on production after Year 1
Sign-on Bonus: $50,000 with a 3 year commitment
Paid Time Off: Vacation accrues; 3 weeks Year 1; 4 weeks at Year 4.
Sick time accrues; 40 hours annually; 6 paid holidays;
calendar year allotment for CME at $3000/ 40 hours prorated if employment begins other than Jan. 1
Benefits: Health, dental long-term disability and life insurance provided.

The health center was founded in 1986 by the CEO. She is still the CEO to this day.
It has provided services to our community for over 30 years and will continue to be the place where families and individuals establish their health home.
