Urgent Care Medicine Physicians for Bakersfield, CA
1099 Model with Malpractice and Tail Starting at $150/Hr.

We are looking for Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine trained physicians who will thrive in an environment surrounded by highly trained and motivated individuals who operate as a team in a collegial and collaborative environment.
- Formally trained in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine - Board Eligible or Board Certified
- New Graduates are welcome, and we will train you to be the best provider possible
- Urgent Care Medicine practicing twelve-hour (12) shifts with a 1-hour break
- Open to full-time, part-time, and PRN providers – pick up more shifts, make more money
- 12 shifts per month plus 2 on-call shifts per month and managing 4 mid-level providers
- Part-time will be 6–8 shifts per month with no on-call and managing 4 mid-level providers
- Treat 4 patients per hour from newborns to geriatrics (full spectrum care) in a low-acuity setting
- Standard patients will be treated for colds, coughs, congestion, UTIs, lumps, bumps, and bruises
- Procedures: I&D of Abscesses, Toenail Removal, and Laceration Repair
- In-house Point-of-Care testing and X-ray (results in 20 minutes and results sent to EMR)
- Easy-to-use EMR: VelociDoc with Dragon dictation allows you to document patients in one minute
