Job Title (#6038) - Physician - Grand Junction, CO

The work week consists of attending team meetings, making patient visits in patient’s homes and facilities, as well as conducting some visits by telehealth. Physicians also are available to the team nurses for medication orders and work in cooperation with the hospice PharmD. Schedules are flexible and allow for a work pace that supports not only excellence in patient care but job satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits for the Physician:

• The starting salary for this position is $200,000.00 to $250,000.00 per year.
• Permanent Days Full Time job.
• Benefits are Competitive and Negotiable

Requirements of the Physician :

• Board Certified/Eligible in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
• Colorado Medical License
• Unrestricted DEA license
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
