-Duration: ASAP - Ongoing

-Location: Chicago, IL

-Schedule: Shifts Monday – Friday 8a-8p, Sat/Sun 8a-5p

-No Call

-Scope: All ages Urgent Care

-Patient Volume: New Clinic. Estimated 30 patients per 12-hour shift

-Group: This location will have MAs, extra techs, and NPs that will see their own patients

-EMR: Docutab

-Required: Active Illinois License, Board Certified
