Telehealth Physician – 1099 Contract (Indefinite)
Overview
We are seeking experienced, patient-focused physicians to join a growing virtual care program delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare services nationwide. Providers in this role will deliver comprehensive virtual care while collaborating across teams to support excellent patient outcomes in a telehealth environment. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with long-term potential and consistent scheduling.
Job Responsibilities
6–8 patient visits per hour
Average visit times:
Asynchronous visits: ~5 minutes
Live video/phone visits: ~11 minutes

Providers licensed in additional states are encouraged to apply, as growing patient demand may allow us to expand into new states!
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years total clinical experience (including residency)
At least 4 years of recent clinical experience within the past 1–2 years
Actively practicing and currently seeing patients
Medicare-enrolled (no opt-outs or exclusions)
At least one active, unrestricted DEA license (may be held in any licensed state)
Board Certification required in one of the following ABMS- or AOA-recognized specialties:
Internal Medicine
Family Medicine
Emergency Medicine
Pediatrics may be considered on a limited basis
Working Hours
Overnight coverage between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (local time)
Minimum commitment:
3 shifts per week
5 hours per shift
