Medical Director (Remote-minimal travel to Colorado once per quarter, occasionally monthly)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm MST
Location: Fully remote with minimal travel as stated above
Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Medical Director to provide strategic and clinical leadership across behavioral health programs. This role oversees psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and clinical leaders to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care and regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibilities
Lead and supervise prescribing and clinical leadership teams.
Drive implementation of evidence-based practices including MAT, trauma-informed care, and harm reduction.
Oversee medical evaluations, admissions, and quality reviews.
Ensure compliance with behavioral health and state regulatory standards.
Collaborate across departments to align medical services with organizational strategy.
Support technology and EHR integration for efficient clinical workflows.
Qualifications
Psychiatrist preferred; DEA certification required.
7+ years of relevant clinical and leadership experience.
Strong background in behavioral health, crisis services, or integrated care for adults.
Compassionate, collaborative, and team-oriented leadership style.
