We’re seeking board-certified physicians to provide virtual care via video and phone. Ideal candidates are comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments and committed to delivering holistic, evidence-based primary care. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual medical assessments and exams
Order and interpret labs and develop treatment plans
Clearly explain diagnoses and care instructions to patients
Document visits using electronic health records within 72 hours
Maintain productivity (2.5–3.5 patients/hour), attendance, and patient satisfaction
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
Requirements:
Completion of a 3-year residency program
3+ years’ experience in urgent care or fast-paced family practice
Board-certified and licensed in multiple states (IMLC eligible preferred)
Comfortable treating patients of all ages
Proficient with technology and virtual care platforms
Not excluded from participation in Medicare or Medicaid
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work seated for long periods
Occasional light lifting (up to 20 lbs)
Manual dexterity for standard office equipment
