- 24-hour beeper call
- Average callback: 6-8 hours/day
- Volume: 10-15 consults/week; 6-10 surgeries/week
- Facility: Level 1 trauma center; ~500 beds
- EMR: Epic
- Certifications: BC/BE, PA license or IMLC, DEA
- Credentialing: ~90 days; temporary privileges available for clean background
