Job Responsibilities - Provide expert care in vascular surgery, including both consultations and surgical procedures. - Manage a caseload of 10-15 patient consults per week and perform 6-10 surgeries weekly. - Collaborate with a team of residents and utilize the hospital's OR hybrid and angioplasty capabilities. - Participate in a call schedule with an average callback duration of 6-8 hours daily.
Qualifications - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery - Active PA medical license required - DEA certificate is necessary - Minimum of 1-year experience in vascular surgery
Working Hours - 24-hour beeper call schedule
Skills - Proficiency in using EMR systems, particularly EPIC - Strong communication and team collaboration abilities - Expertise in complex vascular surgical procedures - Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
