-- Credentialing timeframe: 3-6 months
-- Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-4:30 PM daily coverage
-- Monday-Friday 4:30 PM-8:30 AM night call
-- Weekend call: Friday-Monday 4:30 PM-8:30 AM
-- Weekend coverage required
-- Active Virginia license
-- Fellowship required
-- Active DEA
-- Local provider preferred
-- Dialysis access
-- Local vascular procedures
-- Patient population: Adult 20%, Geriatric 80%
-- 100% inpatient
-- Average patient volume: 5-10 patients per day
-- Trauma level: No trauma center
-- Call coverage required
-- Call type: Beeper/Phone Call
-- Average call back hours: 3
-- EMR: Epic
-- Coverage at medical centers in Portsmouth, VA and Suffolk, VA
