Locums Vascular Surgery Physician in Rockford, Illinois - Advanced Procedures, APP Support
Handle both open and endovascular vascular surgery with dedicated advanced practice support across clinic, inpatient rounding, and trauma coverage.

Practice & Cases
- Adult inpatient and outpatient vascular surgery
- Level 1 trauma cases included
- Approximately 5 to 10 patients per day
- Approximately 6 outpatient elective procedures
Schedule
- Monday through Friday clinic coverage
- Night call on select coverage days
- Some 24 hour weekend call
- Pager call with a 30 minute response requirement
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Vascular Surgery
- Active Illinois medical license required
- ACLS, BLS, CSR, and DEA required
