Job Responsibilities
• Perform open and minimally invasive vascular surgical procedures
• Manage conditions such as PAD, carotid disease, aneurysms, DVT, and varicose veins
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-up care
• Interpret vascular imaging studies including duplex ultrasound, CTA, and angiography
• Collaborate with cardiology, wound care, podiatry, and primary care teams
• Educate patients on treatment plans, lifestyle changes, and recovery expectations
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and clinical records
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Qualifications
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
• Active New York medical license or ability to obtain
• DEA certification preferred
• Strong surgical and clinical decision-making skills
• Experience with endovascular procedures preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Working Hours
• Monday to Friday with shared call rotation
• Flexible scheduling options may be available
