Schedule: 24-hour beeper call, 1 week per month
About the Role:
Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Vascular Surgeon to join our Level 1 trauma center for locum coverage. This role involves high-impact surgical care, consults, and collaboration with residents and OR teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide vascular surgical care including 6-10 surgeries per week.
- Consult on 10-15 cases per week.
- Participate in 24-hour beeper call during scheduled coverage weeks.
- Collaborate with residents in a teaching environment.
- Work in a hybrid OR with angioplasty capabilities.
Requirements:
- Board Certification/Eligibility: Vascular Surgery
- License: PA (IMLC accepted)
- DEA: Required
- Minimum 1 year of vascular surgery experience
- EMR experience preferred (Epic)
