Coverage Needed
- Start Date: 05/11/2026
- Duration: 10 months
- Schedule: Monday - Friday (clinic)
- Beginning week of May 11th with Orientation and Proctoring
- One business day of Orientation/Epic Training
- Up to three business days of Proctoring
- Weekend Call: 1:3, occasionally 2 weekends a month

- Inpatient rounding, outpatient clinic, procedures, and surgery utilizing cath/IR/hybrid/OR/Vascular lab, and Vascular testing reads
- Provider Productivity: 90th percentile
- 2025 Volumes: 2371
- OR: 566
- Invasive: 1323
- Satellite: 184
- Minor Cosmetic: 276
- Testing Reads: 10195
- Proctoring requirement: 5 cases
- Clinic Volume: New & Established visit types only
- 2025 Clinic Volume: 5995 (combined between 3 surgeons)
- Clinical Support: 4 APP's (will not be supervising)
- EMR: EPIC/Dragon
Requirements
- BC/BE
- BLS, ACLS
- Case Logs: Must demonstrate at least 50 major vascular surgical procedures in the past 12 months, including 7 open aortic, mix of care
- Active MI License or IMLC
