🔹 Position Overview
Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Vascular Surgeon for weekend 24-hour call coverage. This is a great opportunity for physicians looking for consistent weekend work with strong compensation and support.
🗓️ Schedule & Coverage
- Shift: Friday 7am or 3pm – Monday 7am
- Coverage: Every weekend (ongoing need)
- Call Type: 24-hour call
- Average Callback: ~2 hours per day
🏥 Practice Details
- Setting: Hospital (covering 2 facilities ~25 minutes apart)
- Hospital Size: ~150 beds
- Patient Population: Adults (18+)
- Support Staff: APP available for 1st assist
- EMR: Epic
🔧 Procedures & Skills
- Vascular procedures including:
- Bypass surgeries
- Amputations
- Comfortable managing inpatient vascular cases and emergencies
✅ Requirements
- BC/BE in Vascular Surgery
- Pennsylvania License (or willingness to obtain)
- DEA required
- Minimum 1 year of experience
