We are seeking a skilled Vascular Surgeon for an ongoing locum opportunity in York, PA. This role offers 24-hour beeper call coverage with consistent 1-week-per-month scheduling. Work in a high-acuity, Level I trauma hospital with strong clinical support and advanced surgical facilities.
Job Responsibilities
Provide vascular surgical care including consults and procedures 🩺
Perform surgeries such as angioplasty and other vascular interventions
Manage inpatient consults and emergency cases
Participate in 24-hour beeper call coverage ⏰
Collaborate with residents and multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery ✔️
Active Pennsylvania license (or willingness to obtain)
DEA certification required
Working Hours
24-hour beeper call shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM) ⏰
1 week per month ongoing 📅
Skills
Strong surgical and procedural expertise 🔬
Experience in high-acuity and trauma settings
Excellent decision-making and patient care skills
Familiarity with EPIC EMR
