- Board Certified Vascular Surgery
- 24 hour call
- Call trauma level II
- Must have CO license (IMLC LOQ in hand at time of submission required)
- Must disclose number of shifts per month ongoing provider can provide required
- Clean malpractice required
- Required procedures: Abdominal Open/Endovascular
- EMR: EPIC
