• Patient Demographics: Adult, Geriatric
• Support Staff: Vascular team (on call from Thur-Sat), 2 Surgical Technologist
• Procedures:
- Vascular: Aneurysm repairs, Abdominal, Arterial bypass, Peripheral, Vascular access devices, AV shunt
- Endovascular: Bypass surgery, Femoral Popliteal Bypass, Aortofemoral Bypass, Stenting, Endovascular and Open Surgical Reconstruction for Deep Vein Occlusions, Peripheral Artery Disease
• Hemodialysis access onsite; Inhouse
• No of ORs: 1; 1 Siemens Hybrid OR and 1 Siemens Interventional Radiology suite
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
• Active KY License or IMLC
• BC/BE
• NPDB Report
• Flu Shot
• COVID Vaccinated (Preferred)
