- Weekend coverage
- On Call Requirements: 24 Hour Call, 8a-8a
Clinical Details:
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Call Schedule: Night
- Call Ratio: 50%
- Average Number of Cases Per Day: 10
- Documentation System/EMR: Epic
- Trauma Level/Designation: Level 1
- Annual ER Volume: 250,000
- Number of Operating Rooms: 2
- Description of Ancillary Staff: Full complement
- Hemodialysis Access
- Patient Age Demographic: Adult and geriatric
- Vascular Surgery Procedures Required: Aneurysm repairs, Thoracic, Abdominal, Peripheral, Vascular Access Devices, AV shunt
- Endovascular Surgery Procedures Required: Carotid Artery Stenting, Bypass Surgery, Aortofemoral Bypass, Stenting, Endovascular and Open Surgical Reconstruction for Deep Vein Occlusions
- Treatment of: Lymphedema
- Endovascular Therapy Required: Peripheral Artery Disease, Gangrene of the limbs
Requirements:
- Board Certified/FACS
- Active OH license
- DEA
- BLS/ACLS
