Schedule & Shift Details:

Daily coverage Monday–Friday, with weekend coverage

Shifts: 8-hour or 12-hour shifts (0700–1900 or 0700–1500)

Up to 8–9 days per month of onsite trauma coverage / backup coverage
Position Overview: This Trauma Surgery PA locums assignment provides inpatient rounding, first assist in surgery, and critical care rounding. The provider will work alongside a hospital-based trauma team including techs, nursing, and mid-levels.
Daily Breakdown / Responsibilities:

Trauma APP coverage for inpatient rounding

First assist in surgeries as needed

Critical care rounding

Daily patient volume: ~10

In process of hiring additional trauma surgeons (5th and 6th)

EMR: Meditech Expanse
Requirements:
-
NH State Licensed APRN or PA
-
Board Certified / Board Eligible
-
ATLS and ACLS required
