Vascular Surgery Opening – El Paso, TX H1B and J1 sponsorship available Position Details: * FT, permanent position * Seeking a Vascular Surgeon to join group * Typical Work Week: Monday – Friday with 1–2 surgical days per week * Majority of surgical patients are outpatient; inpatient consultations as needed * Call: 1:4 (depending on volume and surgical load) * Daily Patient Census: 10–15 clinic patients per day; 8–10 procedures per week Benefits Details: * Guaranteed salary with production bonus * Comprehensive benefits (health, dental, life, 401k with matching, salary deferment program, etc.) * Billing, Coding, and Collections managed in-house * Paid vacation + CME allowance * Malpractice insurance Candidate Requirements: * MD/DO degree * Board Eligible/Board Certified * Active Texas license or eligibility to obtain one Hospital Overview: Hospital is a 218-bed hospital featuring an 18-bed Level III NICU, a 10-bed Labor & Delivery Unit, 3 C-section rooms, and a 24-bed ICU. The hospital offers eight operating rooms, four endoscopy rooms, a Pre-Operative Testing Center, and advanced surgical services. The hospital provides specialized emergency care 24/7 and is pursuing a Level II Trauma Center designation. Additional specialized services include cardiology, bariatrics, stroke care (Get With The Guidelines – Stroke Gold Plus Award), diagnostic imaging, telemetry, and respiratory care. A $20 million investment expanded the hospital’s capacity with new procedural areas, a Progressive Care Unit, additional NICU beds, and enhanced obstetric care facilities.
