The schedule runs from Monday to Thursday, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., with no block scheduling. Candidates must be board certified in cardiovascular surgery, hold or be eligible for a state medical license, and have a minimum of five years of experience with a clean background. Experience with the EPIC EMR system is preferred, and DEA certification is required. The privileging process typically takes 60 to 90 days, and vaccine requirements are pending.

Job Responsibilities

* Provide inpatient post-operative daily rounds and consultations for vascular surgery patients.
* Perform operative interventions as appropriate.
* Manage adult patients with vascular disease, averaging 5 to 10 patients daily.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Accurately document patient information using the EMR system.

Qualifications

* Board certified in cardiovascular surgery.
* Active state medical license required.
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a clean background.
* DEA certification required.
* Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.

Working Hours

* Monday to Thursday, 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.
* Night shift, 8 hours per shift.
* No block scheduling.
