Vascular Surgery Site Director Opportunity in Dover, NH
We are seeking a Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon to serve as Site Director/Interim Medical Director of Vascular Surgery in Dover, New Hampshire. This full-time leadership role combines administrative oversight with a busy clinical practice.
Position Highlights:
Lead the clinical and operational direction of the vascular surgery service
Collaborate with local and system leadership to align strategic goals and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
Maintain a busy clinical practice including both operative and non-operative vascular care
Supervise and mentor clinical staff, while supporting recruitment and onboarding of new providers
Drive quality improvement initiatives, patient safety, and evidence-based practice
Engage in regular collaboration with the regional heart and vascular institute
Requirements:
Board Certification in Vascular Surgery
Eligible for New Hampshire medical license
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience (leadership experience strongly preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented leadership style
Commitment to excellence in patient care, education, and clinical innovation
Compensation Structure:
Base salary: $430,000–$450,000 annually
