Vascular Surgeon – Northwest Ohio

We are seeking a full-time Vascular Surgeon to help develop and lead a high-quality, community-focused vascular program in Northwest Ohio. This is a unique opportunity to shape program growth, manage a diverse case mix, and enjoy strong clinical support — all while making a meaningful impact in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Position Highlights:

  • Establish and lead a community-based vascular surgery program.

  • Provide advanced vascular surgical care, including treatment for:

    • Abdominal and thoracic aneurysmal disease

    • Carotid artery disease

    • Hemodialysis access

    • Peripheral vascular disease and limb salvage

  • Perform both open and endovascular procedures.

  • Manage vascular conditions with medical therapy, lifestyle modification, and non-surgical interventions.

  • Schedule includes:

    • 2 clinic days / week

    • 3 procedural or surgical days / week

    • 10 night/weekend call shifts per month (no daytime coverage)

  • Collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with cardiology, interventional radiology, and other specialties.

  • Opportunity to participate in program expansion, including recruitment of additional providers and transition to a hybrid operating room.

  • Opportunity for program leadership based on experience and interest.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery

  • Eligible for Ohio medical license

  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care and program development

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary:

    • $500,000 for 0–3 years of experience

    • $550,000 for 4–6 years of experience

    • $600,000 for 7+ years of experience

  • Potential annual bonus up to $75,000

  • One-time signing bonus: $50,000

  • Relocation stipend up to $15,000

  • 176 hours vacation annually + 120 hours sick time

  • 11 paid holidays

  • $7,500 annual CME allowance

  • Comprehensive benefits package

  • Total annual compensation potential: $500,000 – $600,000+
