A well-established and growing healthcare system in the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Vascular Surgeon to join a dynamic Heart and Vascular Institute. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to practice in a supportive, collaborative, and physician-led environment, focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Position Overview:
* Work alongside one experienced vascular surgeon and a skilled advanced practice provider (APP)
* Focused on elective vascular surgery with no trauma coverage
* Podiatry support available
* Opportunity to expand the vascular program across two locations within a regional health network
* Robust referral base of over 300,000 patients supported by extensive primary care partnerships
* Access to modern interventional suites and comprehensive wound care centers at both clinical locations
Candidate Qualifications:
* BE/BC in Vascular Surgery
* Proficient in both open and endovascular techniques
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Commitment to collaborative, multidisciplinary care
Compensation and Benefits:
* Highly competitive salary guarantee: $550,000 - $690,000 with additional incentives
