Perm Physician - Vascular Surgery, North Central

North Central Ohio is calling? We are hiring a Vascular Surgeon help shape a high-quality, community-focused vascular program!

Job Details:

• Start Date: As soon as credentialing is complete

• Schedule: 2 clinic days, 3 procedural/surgical days

• Call schedule: Take 10 night/weekend call shifts per month (does not include daytime coverage). Call responsibilities shared with a PRN vascular surgeon, A vascular surgery APP, and An OSU vascular surgeon (phone support only)

• Procedures: Advanced vascular surgical care, including Abdominal and thoracic aneurysmal disease, Carotid artery disease, Hemodialysis access, Peripheral vascular disease and limb salvage.
  

• Perform both open and endovascular procedures

• Supervise advanced practice provider(s) involved in vascular care delivery.

• Participate in the development and future expansion of the program, including, Recruitment of an additional vascular surgeon and APP by end of 2027 and Transition to a hybrid operating room (construction planned to complete by 2027)

Rehabilitation, cardiac andvascular services:

• Stress Echo, DOBUTamine Stress Echo

• Cardiolite Treadmill Stress Test, Lexiscan Cardiolite Stress Test, Treadmill EKG Stress Test

• EKG, Transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE)

• Cardiac Catheterization, Vascular Testing, Cardiac Rehabilitation

• Nuclear Medicine, Emergency Cardiac Care

Job Requirements:

• TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility with plans to test) or Board Certified in Vascular Surgery

• OH license (or willing to obtain)

• Clean malpractice and license

What our client has to offer:

• Base salary starting at $500,000 for 0–3 years of experience

• Base salary of $550,000 for 4–6 years of experience

• Base salary of $600,000 for 7 or more years of experience

• Potential to earn annual bonus up to $75K

• One-time signing bonus of $50,000

• Relocation stipend up to $15,000

• 176 hours of vacation time per year with a 240-hour carryover limit

• 120 hours of sick time accrued annually

• 11 paid holidays per year (8-hour days)

• $7,500 annual CME allowance

• $3000 referral bonus
