Job Description

Call coverage needed for vascular surgery to include surgical treatment of blunt and other vascular trauma.
  • Setting: Call Trauma Level II
  • Required Procedures/Job Duties: Abdominal Open/Endovascular
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Census/Patient population: Adult, Geriatric
  • Number of beds, 250
  • Admissions, 3-4
  • Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days but typically much less time if everyone is responsive. Site prefers to complete within 30 days.
  • Board Certified in Vascular Surgery - REQUIRED
  • Active CO license - REQUIRED or IMLC (Must include a copy of LOQ at time of name clear to avoid being redirected)
  • Must disclose # of shifts per month ongoing provider can offer to the team at submission - REQUIRED
  • Clean Malpractice/background - Highly Preferred – Case by case, include explanation
