OPEN POSITION:
Physician - Vein Disease


SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- 40 Hours per Week
- Monday through Friday
- No Nights
- No Weekends
- No On-Call


COMPENSATION:
- $500,000 to $600,000 Annual Income
- $300,000 to $350,000 Starting Base Salary
- Generous Bonus Plan w/ Regular Payments

COMPANY PROFILE:
This private practice has been operating for nearly 10 years and offers vein disease services in a boutique setting focused on excellent patient experiences. They currently operate more than 20 offices in several states, boasting a staff of approximately 40 physicians and advanced practice providers, who are supported by talented administrative and clinical team members. They are currently hiring due to growth.


POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Physicians see an average of 20 patients per day with the support of on-site sonographers and clinical assistants, who also aid in charting and documentation.

Specific duties of the physician role include:

- consultations
- follow-up visits
- VenaSeal
- ClariVein
- radiofrequency ablation
- laser ablation
- sclerotherapy

The practice sees patients for, among other conditions:

- varicose veins
- leg swelling / heaviness
- spider veins
- restless leg syndrome
- venous insufficiency

The practice uses the NextTech EHR and is an all-digital environment.

There are no on-call, evening, or weekend duties, providing excellent work/life balance.


REQUIREMENTS:
- current California medical license
- DEA
- Board Certification, relevant field
- 1+ year venous medicine experience
- procedure-specific training provided
