- Other Details: The facility is looking for a provider to cover clinical hours plus beeper call. Dates needed are: 5/25 – 5/28 (7am), 7/3 – 7/8 (7am), and 11/27- 12/02 (7am). The provider surgeries or procedures to do are CABG, AVR, MVR, TAVR, EVSG, TEVSG, Lung, Peripheral, Aortic dissection, carotid endarterectomy etc.
