Number of Operating Rooms: Each hospital has multiple
Patient Age Demographic: Adult
Minimum Board Certification: BC
EMR System: Epic

- Aneurysm repairs
- Abdominal
- Arterial bypass
- Peripheral
- Vascular Access Devices
- AV shunt
- Bypass Surgery
- Femoral Popliteal Bypass
- Aortofemoral Bypass
- Stenting
- Endovascular and Open Surgical Reconstruction for Deep Vein Occlusions
- Vascular Malformations
- Nutcracker Syndromes
- Lymphedema
- Gangrene of the limbs
- Peripheral Artery Disease
- Board Certified Vascular Surgeon - REQUIRED
- Fellowship Training - REQUIRED
- OH License - Preferred, willing to accept providers needing to obtain OH license (*Note status at time of name clear)
- BLS & ACLS Certified - REQUIRED
- COVID Vaccine - REQUIRED, noted at time of name clear
