Vascular Surgeon needed in Boise, ID for CALL ONLY
*Rate is $2,400 for 24 hour call*

- 7/7-7/10
- 8/11-8/14
- 9/1-9/5
- 11/23-11/27
- 12/22-12/26
- Locums will NOT be responsible for supervising other providers
- Ongoing coverage needed will be sporadic weekends and holiday coverage
- EMR: EPIC
- Level II Trauma- HIGH ACUITY and INTENSITY
- Board Certified - Required
- Active ID license at the time of submission -Highly Preferred, will potentially consider IMLC candidates
- DEA and CSR - Required
- BLS - Required
- Local candidates - highly preferred
- *Must submit proof of COVID vaccine in order to work at this facility - Required at time of submission
