*Board Status: Board Certified, Board eligible
*Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS
*Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): 2

*OR & IR – Hospital coverage, no clinic

*Will provider work solo? Yes
*Other specialties on-site: Cardiac, Neuro, IR, Trauma, EP, Interventional Cardio, General Cardio, Ortho, Ortho, Foot & Ankle, Plastic Surg.
*Avg Admissions while on call: 1-3
*AVG Consults per Day: 4-15
*AVG Cases per Day: 2-6
*Procedures: Open and endovascular surgical procedures
*Typical Cases Seen: typical vascular surgery patients
