Open call coverage days for level 1 trauma center, need coverage for Trauma Seeking someone currently working in Arizona
Specialty - Vascular Surgery
Dates needed - start’s Mar 10 2023 and end’s Mar 19 2023 times.
Call sheet - 7am to 7am the next day
Practice Setting- Inpatient/Outpatient/Telehealth
Admissions Required - InPatient
Board Certified Eligible is fine.
Temp Privileges Available.
Need to see CV with an Active License
Coverage Type - Clinic and Call
Patients seen per day - 2 to 3
Avg patients round on - 5 to 6
Patients per shift - 5 to 6
Beds in department - 216 bed facility
Call Details - assigned/unassigned patients or both Both
Call typer- Inhouse, beeper, 2nd call/backup Primary ER call. Not in house
Average call # per 24Hr- Phone Consults, patients seen, admissions 8-10 calls per week
How many hours does it take to Round? 2-4
How many times do they get called back in a 24 hr shift? 0-2
support staff - RN's, MA's, PA/NP's, Office/Staff RN
Certifications Required- ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, Other ACLS if doing moderate sedation
Type of Surgeries or Procedures - Aneurysm repair, stenting, angioplasty, thrombolysis, etc…
Estimated credentialing timeframe Complete Locums application 15 days

What trauma level is facility? Level 1
