8 exam rooms, 1 procedure room, 1 cath lab, 2 ORs
APP Support
Licensure required: BLS, ACLS
Expected daily patient volume for the clinic is 20-30 patients
Clinic is open M-F but our surgeons typically only have 1 or 2 dedicated days they’re in clinic
Locum providers typically take 4 evening calls per month
Looking for physicians with vascular focus
Credentialing Requirement: Complete refer and follow privilege forms at regional facilities (Aurora, Cassville, Lebanon, Mount
